RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility:

  1. This policy applies only to first-time orders made directly through our website or authorized sales channels.
  2. Damaged items, including those damaged during transit, are also eligible for a full refund.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by emailing Hello@ReviveYourCells.com Provide us with your order details and the reason for the return.

Important Notes:

  1. Our 30-day return policy begins from the date you receive your order.
  2. Returns received without a valid written notice may experience delays in processing or may not be accepted.
  3. If you receive a damaged item, please retain the packaging and take photos as evidence the day of, as these may be required during the return process.

RETURNS WHEN PURCHASED THROUGH A DISTRIBUTOR

If you purchased your products through a clinic or salon you must go through that distributor for your return. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging (if available), and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. 

Please Note - If you want to return the product before opening it, write "refused" on the package and give it back to your carrier.
