Sleep & Relax Tea™ is a gentle and delicious natural herbal blend of passionflower, chamomile, linden, valerian, spearmint, sweet orange flower extract and lemongrass.

Medicinal Ingredients: Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) (flower) 525 mg, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) (herb top) 210 mg, Linden (Tillia cordata Mill.) (flower) 120 mg, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) (root) 30 mg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Spearmint, lemongrass leaf dry, sweet orange flower extract.

Suggested Use: Adults: Drink 1 cup of tea, three times daily. Use 1 tea bag per cup (250ml). Pour boiling water over the tea bag and steep for 3-5 minutes.

Duration of Use: For use beyond 3 months.

Cautions and Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have any cardiac disorders. Consult a healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
